Turning hours of report-pulling into seconds
A detective investigating a series of vehicle thefts wants to surface similar incidents across multiple jurisdictions. Today, that process is slow and technical. A single manual report can take 30 to 40 minutes to pull and often requires specialist SQL knowledge before anyone can even begin analyzing results.
Lenz (coming soon), from our AI Suite, is an AI product that removes that barrier. Investigators ask questions in plain English, and Lenz queries live CAD, RMS, and case data in real time using a combination of semantic search, keyword matching, and SQL running simultaneously. Results that would have taken an hour to compile come back in seconds.
From there, investigators can bookmark and group related incidents into a case binder, chat directly with individual case narratives to pull specific details and generate charts and summary reports ready to share with command staff.
The goal isn't to automate investigation. It's to get investigators out of the data retrieval business and back into actual investigative work.
